Our IKO certified instructors will guide you through the steps to become a foiler. In this lesson, we teach you how to handle the board on land and in the water. How to drag with the board to avoid obstacles and how to ride the board.

The hydrofoil board and safety gear are included in the price. We have hydrofoils with shorter masts dedicated to teaching to minimize the risk and increase the learning curve. Let us know if you will need to rent a Kite for this lesson.

We require you to have good kite skills and able to ride upwind and transition with no problems. Presently, hydrofoiling is the most difficult aspect of kiteboarding. It will take all your attention to start and get a feel for it. Once you get it you will be hooked!

All students will get an IKO certification to the level they reach with us. Whether it is riding or setting up a kite. You will earn an IKO certification to validate your training to continue anywhere in the world from where you ended your lessons.

In the case of inclement weather or no wind:

At times we may have to reschedule lessons at the last minute due to varying factors such as unsafe or unfavorable conditions, thunder, lightning, gusty winds, offshore winds, light wind or no wind. This determination is at the discretion of the management and instructors. We base decisions on current or forecasted conditions, as well as other factors such as safety, tides, etc.
